The landlady was very accomodating and helpful. Food was good and she was very friendly served the breakfast with a smile and it was quiet even though the main road was right outside

Staff was super friendly and professional. My stay was very comfortable and quiet. Bed was comfortable and room was cleaned every day. Having a television was a nice luxury for a young person traveling alone, having stayed mostly in cheap accommodations. Very clean bathroom too. Good towels.
I thought the single room cost quite a bit for a small room with a single bed, at the top floor with a steep sloping ceiling that I had to duck under every time I wanted to be on the other side of the room, short bed, no ensuite facilities: which wasn't that bad- the bathroom was very very clean and spacious- just an expensive room for the things I got.

Very comfortable, very clean and very bright. The owner was lovely, the breakfast provided was good. Although it's not the cheapest, but it's Edinburgh and the location isn't too far from the city centre. Highly recommended.

Booked this for our weekend and it met required needs. The location couldn't be more nice and perfect in a nice neighborhood. Great to be 500 metres away from Bier Hoose, enjoyed our meal there.

It was very clean, tidy and freshly decorated. Friendly staff, great value for money especially as it was walking distance from princess street. Would definately stay again.
The room was on the small side but this was not a problem as we where only staying for 1 night.

Comfortable bed and pillow. the breakfast that we had was nice. Very clean.
It depends on what your looking for in a B&B - No access to a sitting room as in a lot of B&B's i've stayed in. No access to any kind of breakfast eg fruit/cereal of you have to get up and out before 7.
